Town & Country Glassworks is husband and wife team Sandy and Teresa Mcmillan, who have been working together in glass for more than 25 years.

Based at the old glassworks in the charming town of Deal on the East Kent coast, they create wonderful bespoke glassworks and supply replacement glass and mirrors for customers in the local area.

Teresa, a graduate of both the Central School of Art, an exhibitor at the Royal College of Art and a former graphic designer, specialises in hand-painted glass work, painting flowers, land and sea scapes and abstract and textural effects.

Sandy is a Master Glazier and member of The Glaziers Guild, who has designed, created and restored stained glass for many years. Sandy is also quite the artist in his own right, and loves to paint fish and people.

Teresa and Sandy have worked together for 30 years, working on commercial, domestic and historic projects including Dover Castle, Battle Abbey and other projects for English Heritage across London and the South East but also as far afield as Bermuda.

They moved from London to Deal 15 years ago and are based at the Glassworks, tucked behind the Town Hall on Deal High Street.

How To pay

We accept cash, cheques, debit cards and electronic payments.

Work up to £100 is payable in advance. For all other work, 50%is payable in advance of work starting, with the balance payable on completion.
